Community College Hostel –St. Joseph’s Community College has the hostel facility for girls coming from different villages and faraway places. This has been a great blessing for them to make their stay a fruitful one by using the given opportunities. They are well taken care by the Sister in- Charge of the hostel, in order to form them spiritually, intellectually, socially and psychologically. The students staying here, follow their daily time table and learn to speak English by their constant effort. Because of their unwavering efforts, they bloom joyfully by the end of the academic session.
Chapel: The College vicinity has a beautiful Chapel for prayer and worship. This Chapel is open for personal prayer to all students irrespective of their creed. Christian students have Holy Mass here. The silent atmosphere in the chapel is conducive for the spiritual growth of the students.
College Ground: Large, spacious and well-maintained grounds available to our students.
Computer Lab: The 25-seater computer lab, well equipped with fast internet enabled, networked computers. The students are encouraged to acquire the skills needed to operate applications which help in the learning process.
Canteen: College has a well maintained, hygienic and government certified canteen in the campus. The canteen serve vegetarian and Non-vegetarian food. The students can get variety of food items at reasonable price.
Counselling Cell: The counselling Cell comprises of Teachers and Counsellors. The challenges faced by the community college students are well addressed by the counsellors. They are also helped by the staff of SJSSCC who regularly talk to the students and help them to motivate better.
Placement Cell: St. Joseph’s Community College has a dedicated placement cell, which helps the students to find employment after they have completed their courses. A large number of firms (big & small) are is touch with the placement cell of SJSSCC. which help the students to find gainful employment after successful completion of the program.
Classrooms: The bright and spacious classrooms are extremely conducive to the learning processes. The classrooms are equipped with teaching aids with Computer Aided Instruction System.
CCTV: The classrooms and the surroundings are secured with Intelligent security and surveillance that provides safety and security to the students and the staff.
Health care center: Community College has an attached health care center that provides emergency medical facilities for the students and the staff.
